Open box, part looks like it was bolted on then removed.
Transit surplus. This looks like it was removed from the box and the magnet bolted on. Box is in poor condition, part has fingerprints and there are marks where the bolt holes are for the magnet. The pulley does not have signs of belts and the clutch surface does not look to have been run. Buying what you see, 3 heavy parts.
You can see things pretty well in the pictures, this is the unit for sale.

A quick note on shipping, I usually ship things very quickly after payment during the week,
weekend orders usually ship Monday. I like shipping with the post office usually, they seem
to be the fastest and cheapest overall. I sometimes recycle old boxes and packing materials
so long as they are in usable condition. It saves you and me money. I always use tracking
numbers. ALWAYS
I ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY EBAY. If you send me a note to ship to another, I will
still ship to the address provided by EBAY or I will void the sale. If your address shows as
invalid by EBAY, I will void the sale and contact you so you know why. I do this to prevent
