If the Listing is Marked "Pre-Owned" this means that the Shoes listed show enough evidence of wear that we list them as such. These could be because the shoes were bought, used for one day or several and returned or the shoes show enough signs of wear from being tried on in the store that we consider them now used. We only resell shoes that show signs that they are "lightly Used" meaning light scuffs and will show signs of wear on the soles but the shoe itself is in minimal good shape. If Shoes are ripped or heavily stained etc. We throw them out or donate to local shelters.

*NEW WITH DEFECTS*

If the listing was marked "New with Defects" it means these shoes were marked as shelf pulls and were pulled from their respective stores typically to make room for new inventory. Being that they were on a store shelf they had a real chance of being tried on and worn at the store. This means that soles especially lighter ones(white,Tan etc.) will show discoloration from walking on the store floor or debris inside the sole grooves. There also may be small flaws again from being handled and put on sometimes by several people. The other reason for flaws is that sometimes when the shoe is taken off the shelf the box may not be in good condition so the shoe is put into a bag or a different box so again the flaws are typically from human handling and being bounced around in a box.These flaws may consist of small rub marks, discoloration etc. Anything we find we will always point out so you know exactly what to expect. Most of the time besides the soles showing signs of being walked on the store floor the shoes are in New/Like New Condition.

* Why are they not in the original Box? *

Usually the reason for not being in the original box is that the box was damaged from the store location or the Original box may have been damaged in transit when we recieved it so instead of givning you a box that is heavily damaged/ripped we will put them in a New Shoe Box when sending it out to you.
