I cannot look up or find my car in the shop. Does this mean that there is no Apex® Springs set available for it?
 There are various sets for estate, hatchback, 2wd/4wd fwd/awd so check again through our shop, otherwise that’s right, if your car is not listed, there may be no suitable kit available, or maybe we have another brand available so ask or check the shop again.

The specified reduction is not what I am looking for, does it make sense to inquire whether sets are also available that lower more or less?
 In some cases there are extra options of lowering or extra low kits. Otherwise no, this makes no sense, the value specified is how the set is lowered on the relevant application. Deviation from the application (and the reduction) is not the intention of Apex®.

What is the warranty period on the Apex® reduction sets? 
The Apex® lowering spring set has a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty for the first owner.

After mounting my Apex® lowering spring set I find the car too low / too high, is it true that the springs still settle over time?
 Yes, the springs usually settle in the spring dishes and can result in a further mm reduction, also known as settling in time.

How precise is the specified reduction?
 The specified reduction is an indication. This depends, among other things, on the car weight. The various options (such as, for example, air conditioning, automatic gearbox, gas tank, etc.) count towards the end result.

My car has a sports suspension, and has already been lowered from the factory, how should I estimate the lowering specified by Apex® ?
 The lowering of the sports suspension specified by the factory must be deducted from the lowering specified by Apex®. The values specified by Apex® are standard, so not factory-reduced cars. If your car is equipped with a 15 mm lower sports suspension as standard (from the factory), and Apex® specifies a reduction of 35 mm, the Apex® reduction set on your car will be reduced by 20 mm.
