Directions for Use

AGE

Adults & Children 2-12 years of age

1 tablet once, as a single dose.

No body weight measurements or dosage

calculations are required. Tablets should be

crushed before giving to children.

PHARMACY ACTION Worm Treatment tablets can be

swallowed whole, chewed or crushed into a teaspoon of food.
