Beautiful art deco stretch

The band has filigree segments that
have little springs in each segment.
Excellent condition stretches perfectly - no damage - no wear
Marked as shown - H Co. pat 1925
measures about 4.5" ( see photo) un-stretched and when
stretched is about 5.5".
the end will fit a 12 mm
