If you want to be sure of your complete satisfaction, if for any reason I should not be happy with your purchase, you can return the unused item within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
Before proceeding to return the goods, we ask that you carefully check that the following conditions are met.
Returned item:
- Must be returned only after the return request.
- Must be returned within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the return.
- Must never been used, it must not be damaged or dirty.
- Must be returned in custody and in the original packaging with instruction manual and certificates.
- Returns must be notified via e-mail with the message of the shipment date, the service used (post / courier) and, if possible, the number of the consignment note.
On all returned items will be charged a tax of 10% for re-storage.
All returned merchandise is carefully examined and, if the condition of the asset shall be deemed to differ from the original in which the item was shipped, the return will not be accepted.
If all of these conditions listed above are met, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs and 10% on the article. Guglielmino Jewels will not trade in until you have received the returned goods back.
