This is a vintage mid-century Silver City Flanders ruby red 7" bud vase with a sterling silver floral pattern etching/overlay.  The rim is ruffled.  This piece was most likely produced in the 1960s.  The bottom has a pontil mark/scar from the glass-blowing process.

This used vintage item is in excellent, like new condition with little to no wear.
