This USPS Stamp Bear is to celebrate the 37 cent Love stamp from 2002. The bear has all the original tags and hangers and is in good condition. I did not see any spots, stains or tears. In the next to last picture, the small blue spot at the bottom of the stamp image on the bear is a tread.
