Viele Flecken und Tesafilm-Spuren, mit der Original-Hülle, die wohl der Sohn benutzt hat, die Karte wie auch die Hülle sind oben gelocht, um ein altmodisches Aufhängeband aus Plastik anzubringen. Bitte die Fotos ansehen! 🇬🇧 Many spots and sellotape. Still in the original plastic the son seems to have used to hang his father's advice on Christmas 1947, to sing whenever distressed. The card was punched at the top in order to hang it. Please see the pictures! (M2490)

Eine sehr anrührendes und seltenes originales Zeit-Dokument aus der Mitte des letzen Jahrhunderts. Manchmal ist es schwer zu entscheiden, ob man etwas behält oder verkauft. Ich habe die rührende Karte selbst gekauft. Sie stammt offenbar aus einem Nachlass.

🇬🇧 A touching and rare father-son bonding advice ephemera from the middle of the last century. A father gave this card as an advice to his son on Christmas 1947. The advice on the card to sing whenever deeply distressed. The son typed it out at the side and back to never forget it.

 Sometimes it's hard to decide whether to keep or to sell something. I bought this card myself, I think it came from an estate sale.
