View C is a full apron, the upper portion has a unique halter yoke with a triangular bodice. This apron also ties in the back.
View D is a full apron that could also be made into a dress. This apron has a high, baby doll waist. This apron also ties in the back.
View E is a full smock apron with large pouch pockets with slimming princess line seams. This apron could also be adapted into a sleeveless dress and ties in the back.
