This is a set which includes the electric tree topper with white lights, 120V 60Hz AC, steady burning, and spare parts of 4 steady burning bulbs and 1 fuse.  The blue ornaments are 15 shatterproof balls with glitter and shiny metallic.  The ornament box is a little flimsy from sitting in a box too long but it has not been opened.  Sizes range from 1.5" to 2.5".
