WHO AM I: I train using Yamuna methods, work in health and healing modalities, and a National Champion rugby player.

I desire for people to take control of their own lives and to understand that they can heal themselves daily.  

I believe people need to use all methods out there to help themselves, using the medical construct as a last resort.  

It is obvious doctors only now so much.  As an athlete and trainer, YBR is a wonderful conplimentary workout or therapy!
