When will your order be processed?

• We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (Mon-Fri). If for any reason we are unable to do this your order will be sent the following day. Orders placed over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be sent the next working day.

How will we ship your order?

• Most orders are sent by 'Royal Mail 2nd class post' and should arrive with you within 2-5 working days although we cannot guarantee a specific time/day (Possible delays may occur during busy/peak times of the year).

• Should you require your order sooner you can upgrade to '1st class post' during the checkout (fees apply), please see options available at the checkout.

• Any orders that have a total combined weight over 2kg may be sent via a courier service at no extra cost.
