The Danbury Mint Cap Fréhel Lighthouse Saint Malo France Sculpture Replica 1994

Measures approximately 5 5/8" tall, 6 3/4" wide and 5 1/4" deep.
Cap Fréhel is a peninsula in Côtes-d'Armor, in northern Brittany, France which extends off the Côte d'Émeraude into the Golfe de Saint-Malo. No towns or villages are situated on the peninsula; however, two lighthouses, one from the 17th century and the other one from 1950, are located at the tip of it.

Overlooking an emerald sea, battered by the wind, the beauty and shimmering colours of Cap Fréhel are captivating. Its sheer cliffs are home to hundreds of nesting birds. From Pointe du Grouin to Brehat island, the cape also has 400 hectares of moors, which are among the largest in Europe, and a majestic 103-metre tall lighthouse.
