A large green glazed faience shabti with hieroglyphs.
Depicted mummiform,wearing a tripartite wig.
The arms are crossed on the chest,holding two hoes and a seedbag over the leftshoulder.
With 9 lines of hieroglyphs from Chapter VI of the Book of Dead for the Hereditary court and Sealbeareer,Royal-scribe and Hem Neter Priest Hormaakherou,born of the mother Ttja-bity.
Height is 18 cm,without the stand.
Mounted on a plexi stand.

Formerly in the Mustaki Collection, which was formed in Alexandria before the Second World War and legally exported from Egypt in 1947.
Gustave Mustaki was an avid collector in the early 20th century, with his collection coming to the UK under Egyptian licence in 1947. Many of his pieces are in major museums worldwide, including the British Museum, the Getty Museum, and the Egyptian State Museum.
