We ship via Australia Post, and provide tracking for each package. We ship the day after payment has cleared (with the exception of weekends and public holidays).

Items < 1kg packed weight ship express Australia-wide for $9.90.

Items > 1kg packed weight ship Parcel Post Australia-wide for $9.90 - however, for these items we also offer express shipping at a flat rate of $19.90 Australia-wide.

Returns

Don't like it? Don't worry.

We accept returns: just send the item back within 30 days (buyer pays return postage), and we'll promptly refund you (excluding shipping you originally paid).

Since we need to be able to sell the item to someone else, the item needs to be in its original condition and with its original box/packaging, tags, etc.

For international buyers: unfortunately, we don't accept returns on international orders.

We ship to other countries on an item-by-item basis, with the exception of the EU and EEA areas, to which we do not ship.
