I'm selling this rare and legendary Prakticar lens, also known as the PB version of Pancolar. One of the greatest portrait lens with very sharp image, beautful bokeh, small weight and great usability. Zeiss design and quality.
Item condition:
- focus: great manual focus, freshly lubricated
- body: minimal signs of use, no huge dents or scratches, previous traces of repair on the filter thread (no problem, thread looks nice and accepts 52mm filtes)
- glass: in great condition, no fungus or huge scratches; maybe 1-2 very minimal scratch inside (average for it's age), and very little haze around the edge of one inside element (can't take a photo of it, it's very minimal), but nothing that affect shooting
- aperture: clean and fast; mechanism is modified to all-manual, so there will be no stucked aperture problems in the future; max - min aperture: 1.8 • • • 2.8 • 4 • 5.6 • 8 • 11 • 16 (factory default with clicks)
- mount: standard PB mount, easy to adapt for Canon EF or any mirrorless with proper adapter
- image coverage: covers fullframe, maybe bigger (not tested on GFX, but I think image circle is bigger than fullframe)
