Vintage Disney Tigger Toy Mattel Talking, No Bouncing-1998 12" Plush.

This tiger talks but he doesn’t move or bounce I don’t know if he’s supposed to or not but he just talks. Requires three batteries to operate. Clean no tears or problems that I can find.
