Pursuant to eBay's policy, when a buyer commits to buying something on eBay - by winning an auction, agreeing to an offer with a seller, or selecting Buy It Now in a listing - they are obligated to complete the purchase by sending full payment to the seller.

EBay  manages all payments for purchases, making checkout very flexible and an easy experience. There are many payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, as well as paying for items using  the proceeds from eBay sales, if you are a eBay seller.  The choice is yours. If you desire, you can have your payment method and card information saved in eBay's secure system to use for future purchase. Again however, the choice is yours. 

It should be noted that in accordance with eBay policies, a seller can cancel a transaction if payment is not received within 4 (four) calendar days, and that each cancellation with a "Buyer hasn't paid" reason is recorded against the buyer in eBay's System; and the buyer's ability to leave feedback is blocked and if the buyer has already left feedback, the feedback is removed. Buyers with excessive cancellations in eBay's system for "Buyer hasn't paid" reasons may be suspended by eBay for abusive buying practices.

Once payment is received, this seller will usually ship out purchases within 2 (two) business days. All domestic purchases will be shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS), Priority Mail or by the United Parcel Service (UPS). If a package weighs less than 16 ounces, the package will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

All international purchases will also be shipped via the USPS, but by First-Class Mail International Service. Some country restrictions may apply. Items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase for most items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

•  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

•  The item must be returned in and/or with the original packaging with all tags (if any) attached.

•  Only regular priced items in our store may be refunded. Clearance items, sale items or items that were sold as result of an offer, or any items that were sold below the original fixed (Buy It Now) price cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Exempt Goods:

• Due to health and sanitary concerns, items containing a crotch will not be accepted for a refund and/or for an exchange.  For this reason, panties, lingerie, swimsuits are all FINAL SALE. In addition, other items as noted in the eBay listing will be sold as FINAL SALE and will not accepted back for a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

To return an item, you must contact us first via eBay Messenger. When your return request is accepted, you will receive an email in your Messenger. Make sure you ship the return by the date in this email to avoid any delays or issues in the refund process.

The condition that we receive a returned item is important, so re-pack it carefully. If you return the item in a different condition from how it was shipped to you, or if the item gets damaged during return shipping, we have a right to not accept your return or to deduct an amount from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within three business days.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within two business days. .

Shipping:

•  You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

•  Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

•  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach you may vary.

•  Make sure you use a tracked service, and add insurance if you feel that it is necessary.

Customer satisfaction is important to me. A seller's eBay feedback rating represents that seller's reputation as a seller. Feedback is the basis of trust on eBay.

Although I do not have that many feedback ratings, I am not a new eBay seller. However, this is a new eBay account for me. On my other eBay account, I have a 100% positive feedback rating.
