Orders paid for by 10 AM EST M-F will ship the same day via UPS, FedEX or USPS Priority Mail. If your order needs to be processed the same day please contact us and we will try to accomodate your needs.

If you purchase multiple items please contact us PRIOR TO MAKING PAYMENT. If we can combine all your items into one package we may be able to reduce your shipping fees. Once your payment has been made, we cannot refund shipping overcharges.

If you provide your account number we can ship UPS collect.

Large items will ship by Freight.  Contact us for a rate quote.  Please remember that shipping costs to residential addresses will cost considerably more than shipments made to businesses that have a loading dock or fork lift available.  You will need to specify whether your address is commercial or residential.

All our items are available for pick up at our warehouse in Wolcottville, Indiana located between Fort Wayne and South Bend.  We are open Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.  Please call ahead so we have time to pull your items from our Inventory.

For international orders, please contact us in advance with your shipping address so we can provide you with a shipping quote.  International shipping rates are often expensive and we have no control over these costs.
