Here is a Rare Unusual Looking Hand Painted Halloween Clown Dress with Skulls on hat and boots with a and Treat bag. I am not sure of his age or who made him since I don't see any manufacture tags on him. He measures about 18 inches tall or more if you stretch him. He is made of a foam body with wired limbs inserted in the foam to hold his limbs together. I believe he was made for a department store display, but not certain for sure. His face, hands, and legs are made of some type of raisin or other material. His clothing is made of cloth. His facial, hands boots look hand painted. He is in overall great condition.
