Shipping

We aim to ship all items out within 24 hours of purchase. Cut off for same day shipping (stock dependant) is 1.30pm. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

If possible we pack right up to post collection (3pm) so there is a high chance your item will still go out the same day if purchased after 1.30pm but please note this is not guaranteed.

Purchases made on Fridays after 1.30pm may not be shipped until the following Monday (or next available working day).

Express/next day shipping (purchased on Fridays) for weekend delivery carries an additional charge due to higher carrier rates. Ebay don't offer a postage option for weekend delivery. Please contact us if you require weekend delivery so we can calculate the correct costs for you.

We use a variety of delivery agents - Royal Mail, FedEx, Parcel Force, etc..
Delivery location, product size and product value may influence the delivery method used and may not necessarily be the service stated at the time of purchase. Where a different service is used from stated, this service will be of an equal or faster speed.

EXPRESS/NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR REMOTE AREAS

Locations that are classed as remote areas by a courier may be subject to an additional charge over the standard express rate displayed on ebay.

Returns

You must contact us within 30 days of the day your order was delivered if you would like to cancel your order and return the goods.

The buyer must return the item/s in the same condition in which it was received - new and unused, sealed and including all original packaging, original invoice and any other media i.e. stickers, discount flyers, promotional material etc..
If the item is returned used, damaged, missing parts or the original product packaging requires replacement for re-sale, we have the right to deduct the loss from the refund amount.

We advise you to insure the goods and use a tracked service.
