There might be a small amount of tap water in the generator. This is normal. The generator was pressure tested with pure water to make sure it is fully operational.

Why this build:
Nylon connectors - Nylon connectors are one of the most expensive connectors out there, however, they are perfect for generators. Plastic connectors will not crack and unlike stainless steel, connectors will not be affected by corrosion. You are welcome to double-check that yourself as this is the worst choice and you do not want pieces of rust in your burning chamber.

End plates - HDPE is acid resistant and will not crack. Best choice when it comes to hho generators. There are plexiglass end plates as well they are more likely to crack. however, can withstand higher temperatures.

Gaskets - we use acid-resistant gaskets to ensure long-life operation. What we learned is that anti-resistant rubber is great for generators, however, only one is made in the EU and certified. We had a customer who bought his generator in Turkey and the gaskets simply melted down. The gaskets we use will never melt down or fall apart.

Why does this type of build - the generator will need to be cleaned every 8-12 months. This build will ensure that anyone can take it apart and clean it in a short period. Especially generators with bolts that you cannot see are difficult to be cleaned without exchanging parts and here is where you will need to pay fees that you are not aware of. Our generator can operate without extra cost for years.
