They seem to be for a narrow foot - maybe a women’s foot - I wear a 10 1/2 - 11 and they fit me just fine at the toe but are quite snug across the top of the foot. The number 9 is printed on the inside but I’m not sure what this number references.

Not exactly sure as to which era these belong but the color seems very rare. If they were just a bit bigger I would keep wearing them until I broke them in!
