LAPIS LAZULI GEMSTONE STERLING SILVER PENDANT/Enhancer.   Artisan made.  This is one of a number of pieces we bought at one of Tampa's top juried art shows - The Gasparilla Art Festival - in the 80s.  This artist did not sign her work, and we have displaced any literature we had.  We bought a number of her pieces, all with a natural theme, with vines and leaves added to or holding the stones.  I happen to believe that one should appreciate art/workmanship on its merit, rather than being influenced by whether the maker has a famous name; She did too, so she did not sign her work.  I remember telling her that she would demand better prices if she did, but she was more principled.
