Boy Scouts of Nippon, paper weight.

This is a neat paperweight from Japan Scouting.  It is approximately 2.75 inch wide rectangle with “rope” border and square knot, Japan fdl, “Tokyo 20^th Anniversary.”  Has two bends in the metal on the rear to hold it upright like a sign and weighs approximately 2.1 ounce.  In very good condition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
