There is only one (1) of these in stock as I start this.

WOW! *#*^#$@*#$&)^%@*! I have finally uncovered numerous huge
flight cases sealed in the bottom/back of the warehouse for 10-15 years
that contain dozens of machines and other items from Synhouse studio
buyouts 2001-2016. So far I have found some items SORELY needed for my
business, but mostly items I can finally offer here on eBay.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Please see my other listings for the others that I have listed or will
be listing as soon as possible.
There's another box of XLR cables just found and I think maybe some
RCAs and XLR-RCA adapters, too, I'll list it all as time permits.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
What's included:
the cable
What's not included:
Anything else.
As always, whatever box, instructions/user manuals, accessories shown
in the photos are also included. If none are shown, then not included.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is NOS, never used, from studio stock, I can't remember if it came
in from Todd-AO or from Signet Sound Studios (Synhouse has 2-3 tons of
equipment from those two places, hard to remember which came from
which, especially since it was the same company owning both and selling
to me, if you know the old 1973 building and opening of Motown
Hitsville West at 7317 Romaine Street in West Hollywood across from the
tennis courts, they did Let's Get It On and a lot of other stuff in the
big room there, it was said to be "L.A.’s only true 'purpose built'
music recording and mix-down facility", the studio was sold a few times
after that, becoming Sound Works West, a high priced studio, then
becoming Signet Sound Studios through the 90s until the last session in
December 2006).
These are tied up differently, but all the same and all new, 3 feet
long. The black/gold pin XLR connectors look like Neutrik, but
everything looks like Neutrik now (I know two families who produce
catalogs of connectors that look like Neutrik, lulz), so to be safe
let's say they aren't Neutrik. The quality is excellent. To me these
look nicer than the current MK406 Whirlwinds that SW has for $39.99
with the little silver metal on the side, maybe these were trademark
infringing and changed to a less cool looking style (they're not
joking, some of the newer plugs have a HOLOGRAM on them).
This is 3-pin XLR female to 3-pin XLR female, all wired straight
through 1-2, 2-2, 3-3. I just buzzed it out for you. But it's a quad
microphone cable for better sound and lower noise, it's two white wires
soldered to one pin and two black wires soldered to another pin, and
the shield soldered to the third pin.
It's made of Comprehensive Premium Quad Superflex Audio Cable CAC-Q4.
The dual pairs are inside a very flexible outer jacket. The whole cable
is about 0.24" thick.
Please look at the photos carefully, they are stunning, this is
incredibly clean. This is NEW. Not an ex-stage/road cable.
This is expertly built.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I have everything and then some, so if a buyer needs any type of
connector/snake/panel setup, just ask.
Defects:
This is NOS in mint condition, and it shows a few scuff marks from
being bagged. Never used. See the photos.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Additional notes:
Removed from Todd-AO mid-2006 or Signet Sound Studios (formerly
Soundworks West, more formerly Motown Hitsville West) 12/2006, not
taken out since then, until today.
This was found sealed in a bag, in a box, sealed in the back of an
airtight Jan Al shock rack flight case (approx. 22U, deep, w/tables
built into BOTH lids, AWESOME, it is listed in my other eBay listing
now) yesterday after a HUGE move two weeks ago that almost killed me.
I'd have sold these decades ago if I'd known I had them, I have
cables/snakes for days and the last thing I need are brand new ones,
I'm still using some of the same cables from the 80s (such as my
16-channel Simmons drum snake), I'll probably use it all for 30 years
and never have to buy another cable.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Shipping
This will be safely wrapped and packed for shipment.
Free local pickup in the Los Feliz district of L.A. is okay if you can
work around my busy schedule.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Please see my other listings for more high-end cables. I also have one
I might list, a 13 foot Mogami 24-channel W2936 that has 24 Switchcraft
female XLRs on one end and the other end is cut off, suitable for
adding an ELCO 90, 3x DB-25s for Pro Tools DTRS, more XLRs or TRS,
etc.. This one was surplused out of a cable project I just finished for
one of my system clients.
Anything else? Just ask.
