In the unlikely event that you would like to return something, please contact us within return goods in original condition within 14 days of
purchase. We ask that they are in their original condition complete with any
packaging they came with & that you enclose your user ID in the
package so that the refund / exchange can be dealt with promptly. Return
postage is non refundable.
If buyer want to return the item for refund, buyer is responsible for the cost

UK Lost Claim: We allow up to 15 working days for item to
arrive in UK. So cannot accept a claim for loss unles 15 working days or more
have passed since the item was sent.
Overseas Lost Claim: We allow up to 20 working
days for item to arrive in Europe and 25 working days to the rest of the
world. So cannot accept a claim for loss unles 20 working days (Europe), 25
working days (Rest of the world) have passed since the item was sent.
How to Return Your Item
Please return the goods to the address below in original condition along with
a note of your eBay user id and that you require a refund. Good returned must
in re-sellable condition, all refunds are processed on within 3 working days
