The 7Artisans M35mm f2.0 II lens optical system contains 8 elements in 7 groups. Its optical design is based upon the Sonnar formula. The lens has an aluminum body and features durable brass multi-thread mechanics. 35mm is a classic 35mm focal length due to its close approximation to human perspective and field of view.
It works great for isolating the subject from the background if shooting at F/2.0, or maintaining a deep focus, allowing the viewer to see a sweeping landscape behind the subject.
