Aloe Vera Live Plant - Rare Medicinal Cold weather Giant variant suited for UK - SMALL/MEDIUM

Hello everyone, Bit of a story behind this one.

I am very excited to be listing my very own variety of Aloe Vera after developing this variety for over a decade. I have been specially breeding this plant for the colder, low light UK climate and for its medicinal qualities for many years and only selecting the ones with the desired traits to carry on breeding until I am left with what I am selling now.

This variety has been proven to have superior medicinal qualities for a number of inflammatory skin conditions and high vitamin content when consumed, far surpassing other 'common' standard varieties of Aloe Vera.

I have humbly named this variant of Aloe after number, the 'Asad Aloe'. I believe the time is now right to distribute this across the British isles for others to benefit from after being developed to have the highest beneficial qualities alongside the resilience to thrive the British weather.

Alongside this, the plant has also been bred for its huge size it can reach in the UK climate and as such, makes for an amazing decorative plant that requires little care. In a way, this tropical plant has been refined and tamed to be a more beneficial temperate plant. Proof of this can seen in the images showing the broad thick leaves of a plant that was just grown on a British kitchen window sill!

Remember, there are 100s of types of Aloe and almost none of them have medicinal qualities, produce big broad leaves, can survive in cold UK climate on little light light this one!

This plant is unique in several ways:
  • Grows best in low light/dappled light conditions. Perfect for the UK climate or a window sill that doesn't get much sun. Would avoid direct sun in summer as this can burn the plant and also avoid sub 0 temperatures and frost will damage the flesh.

  • Excellent for applying to the skin for a huge list of skin and hair conditions. Naturally cool and proven to help recovery.

  • Can be orally consumed to benefit from the high vitamin and anti oxidant content.

  • Does not need watering often, once or twice a week will do. Important to allow roots to air out between watering and not to let roots sit in damp soil as this can cause rot. good airy soil mix recommended.

  • Once established and mature, the plant will provide many smaller plants which grow from its base providing an everlasting supply of Asad Aloe. Maturity will take between 6 months - 18 months depending on size of plant.

  • Once the plant has been established it will put out a new leave once every two weeks, giving you a never ending supply of Asad Aloe gel. Always use the leaves at the base first as these have had a longer time to develop the medicinal qualities and ensures the survival and uniform shape of the plant.

  • In ideal pot conditions 1 plant can be 2 foot wide, 2 foot tall and each leaf can be 1 foot long! (not like the other skinny pocket decorative plants on here that have no real use)

  • As can be seen in the images, the love to grow, bred to be a super Aloe!

I am very passionate about natural remedies for health issues and plants and as such, will always be available to provide life long support regarding this plant after it has been purchased ensuring the best chance of success regarding your intended use.

This really is an incredible chance to bag yourself never before seen Giant medicinal cold resistant UK Aloe Vera genes.

Please note that this listing is for the smaller plants I have available at 5 - 10cm. Larger specimens are also available that would take much shorter to mature at a size of 15 - 30cm in my other listing.
