Logic Board repairs are done at hourly rate of $90/hr (if applicable and approved)
Recovery cost are billed at a flat rate according to the actual hard drive size, no matter the total amount of data recovered.
Recovered data can be returned to you in a new or used hard drive (Additional Cost) or downloaded from our secure portal.
We do not guarantee operating system(OS) or application functionality.

All return shipping fees will include tracking and insurance for the total repair and or cost of a replacement drive whichever is higher. The customer pays ALL shipping fees. We are NOT A Delivery Company, If they loss/damage your drive we will work with you on making a claim with the carrier. When sending us your device, please pack your drive carefully using plenty of bubble wrap and when possible use an anti-static bag. We recommend USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Medium Box.
