18" Square Happy Birthday Bear with Cake Mylar Balloon with self sealer  . This balloon is not inflated.   Hard to get picture without glare. These balloons are all new and came from my sisters gift shop.  I have inspected them visually for defects.   Some may have small discoloration or color transfer from other balloons because they were stored together in a roll BUT inflated these defects are not noticeable.  

CHOKING HAZARD ? Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
