Once payment has been received, I will send you an eBay message with my address to post your faulty bracelet to. You would cover the postage and packaging costs to send your faulty bracelet to me.

I would then return your bracelet to you via second class signed for delivery as this includes compensation in the unlikely event that your bracelet was misplaced by Royal Mail. Return postage and packaging for me to return your

repaired bracelet is included within listing cost.

I would aim to repair and return your bracelet within 5 working days of receipt of your bracelet.
