Spectacular Bebe Sequin Mini Skirt - New with tags, never worn. Size Medium.  Lovely tulip hem, lined with hidden zipper.  Classy length.  See measurements in photos.  This skirt does not have much if at all stretch to it.  Did not wear it, as I have hips, and it caught/bunched.  You won't regret the purchase, its beautiful.
