If you simply need to run, the red wire is connected to +12V, the blue wire is connected to the red wire through a 10K resistor, the black wire is connected to the negative pole, the pump will run at maximum speed, so that only one set of power can be used normally, very convenient.

If you need a PWM signal to regulate the speed, enter +5V PWM signal on the blue line, please note that the voltage of the PWM signal should be around +5V, because if the voltage exceeds 5V too much, the pump will run at the highest speed and cannot be regulated, if the voltage is too low than +5V, the highest power of the pump cannot be played out, for example, we use +2V PWM signal, the current of the pump at the highest speed is only For example, if we use a +2V PWM signal, the current at the highest speed of the pump is only about 0.98A, which is only about 12W. The negative side of the PWM signal should also be connected in parallel to the negative side of the power supply.
