Vintage USSR 128-bit 16-bit ferrite memory module used as RAM, beautiful educational or historic example 80-s.
Good collectible condition, without damages.
It consists of 16 matrices (by the number of digits), assembled into a three-dimensional structure. I did not dare to break it (it has a sealed design), but judging by the literature, the matrices in it are of a more perfect design than those to which we are used to on ferrite rings.
Year: 1982
Size (mm): 56 x 61 x 15
