Our teams have always had a passion for cooking and thanks to the opportunity presented to us by Young Enterprise

Scotland we have shared this passion throughout our book.

Our main aim at Purple Infinity is to promote the diversification of different cultures through our local area, our secondary aim is to encourage our generation and future young generations to cook. With these two aims combined we came up with the idea to make a multicultural cook book. We feel our book appeals to our generation as well as more experienced chefs.

We have easy recipes that you may not have come across in other books. In addition our recipes are delicious and you will have an array of choices from many different countries.

None of this would be possible without the endless work from all our team members and the support from our parents and Young Enterprise Scotland advisors.
