Antique Art Nouveau Crystal and Gold Inkwell

Beautiful antique crystal inkwell with a metal base. No makers mark that I can find. The crystal is chipped on the rim as well as the base. Some tarnishing. The base measures approximately 3 1/2" x 2 7/8, inkwell measures about 1 1/2" across x 1 1/8" tall.
