We accept payment by PayPal only.
- shipping -
We can only deliver to the registered PayPal address which you choose
during checkout. Please decide the delivery address during checkout as
we cannot ship to a different address.
Shipping (UK):
We use Royal Mail's services for our shipping. Most items that are sent
1st / 2nd class normally get delivered within 1-5 working days (inc
Saturdays) however Royal Mail can sometimes take longer for delivery.
During bad weather conditions, holidays or sale days such as Black
Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc, this duration can go up
to 10 working days.
Please be patient during these circumstances and allow a longer delivery
time.
Please allow
10 working days for
items posted using Royal Mail's standard & Signed For services (1st
Class / 2nd Class) before contacting us regarding an item not received
as the item will still likely be on its way to you. As per Royal Mail,
items cannot be considered lost until 10 working days after due delivery
date have passed. Contacting us will not speed up the process as once
goods have been dispatched it is beyond our control how quickly Royal
Mail deliver items.
Shipping (Abroad):
For our international shipping we use Royal Mail's International
Standard or International Tracked & / or Signed service. We would like
to request European customersto allow up to 20
working days for
delivery from due date and the rest of the world customers 25
working days for
delivery from due date as Royal Mail can take longer to deliver items
due to reasons beyond our control and theirs (i.e. bad weather,
holidays, etc.). Items cannot be considered lost in transit until the
number of days mentioned above in red writing has lapsed.
Dispatch Times:
We dispatch all orders received by up to 11am (Mon-Fri) the same working
day.
For urgent orders we
would urge customers to use Royal
Mail Special Delivery by 1pm option where available.
- terms of sale -
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase or you
changed your mind you may return the item(s) within 14 days for a
replacement or a full refund.
All exchange items need to be returned in the original packing and in a
saleable condition.
Please also ask for and retain a certificate of postage (available
from your Post Office) as return postage is your responsibility and we
will only replace or refund on receipt of item.
Disclaimer:
Adding any accessory or case to your device can obstruct the ease of
use of buttons and ports and sometimes make the unlocking option harder
to use. Also certain cases are made to be tight on the device and if not
put on carefully and correctly can cause aesthetic damage.
Please note that we are not responsible for any direct or indirect
damage caused to your device by the use of any of our products. Products
are used and applied at the customers own risk.
