Vintage Winged Angel Cherub Black & Gold Metal Smoking Pipe Tamper

Unique pipe tamper features a black angel with tiny little wings and arms open wide.  The tamper part is gold with etched leaves and is marked JAPAN on the back.  It measures about 3" with a 6 1/2" chain.  It has a little spring clasp that works.  It would make an adorable fan pull.
