It includes a huge splash image at the top of Peter Parker being bitten by a radioactive spider, which gives him his Spidey powers, and shows the iconic cover pose from Amazing Fantasy #15. The lower part of the page features huge splashy panels of Ororo Munroe with (I believe) Professor X as she discovers her mutant powers and becomes Storm, and Luke Cage in the experiment that made him Power Man!
