 red leather spine and corners have wear, rubbing, scuffing, bumped corners. marbled paper covered boards very good.  writing inside front cover. and some on title and forward pages.  front inside hinge is cracked with webbing exposed between frontispiece portrait and title page.  416 pages overall very good/clean with light yellowing/age toning around edges and some bumping on page corners
