 In great condition

 EXCEPT

 Missing two signs that are out front. Missing the Used Decoys, cane pole and Welcome to Paradise Lake (THIS WAS FOUND) signs. But really can't tell. 

Also the Lakeside Bait sign has some paint chips (more on one side) and no longer attached to original pole. I just prop it up where the Paradise Lake sign was - can't tell it didn't belong there.

 (This is a very delicate piece with the signs). 

Also the fish is no longer attached to the weather vane - but is in box.

No plugging in! Operates with four AA batteries! Can be converted for use with traditional Dept. 56 cords.  

The piece measures approximately 7" H x 6-3/4" L x 7-3/4" D.
