Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment. Your  item will be delivered by Royal Mail using either a signed for, tracked or special delivery service. This will depend on the value of the item to ensure that the item is fully insured If you miss the delivery they will leave a card for you with a number to call to arrange redelivery or pick up at your local sorting office. If the item is returned to us due to your failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we will charge you another delivery fee and hold the right to charge an additional fee to cover costs.

*If you decide you don't like the item, changed your mind or ordered wrong product and would like to return it, the actual P&P costs incurred to send to you will be deducted from the refund amount regardless if the original purchased price included P&P.*

Preferred payment by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, just a valid debit or credit card.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must notify us as soon as possible if you intend to return an item either by sending us a message through eBay. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, including all tags etc still attached. Please include your eBay username.

Goods received after 14 calendar days will be offered a credit or exchange. No goods will be accepted after 21 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that all pre-loved items are excluded from our returns policy.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for items to be processed and credited back to you.

Shipping

It is your responsibility to pay any return postage/packaging charges. Please ensure the parcel to be returned is securely packaged to avoid any damage whilst in transit. We advise you use an insured and fully tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for any items which are lost/damaged on return to us. Overseas customers must mark the package RETURN otherwise duty will be charged and you will be liable for these costs.
