Please note: Shipping times may be longer due to factors such as customs delays or if you live in a remote area. If you have not received your order after the estimated times, please contact us and we will arrange for your item to either be re-sent to you or alternatively provide you with a refund.

Due to varied postal systems, rare problems can arise such as slow / lost/ or damaged items in the mail. If you receive your item and it is damaged please contact us and we can organise a replacement or a refund.

We do not give a tracking number for orders. If you wish to have a tracking number with your order, please contact us first before making your purchase as this may require additional fees.

  • Returns

    Refunds and exchanges: We except exchanges and refunds, however the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges (Please check all size charts/measurements/descriptions properly before buying). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to organise your exchange or return. We require all returned items to be in their original, unused condition. If we receive them in a used or damaged state we reserve the right to withhold the refund as it cannot be sold again.
