Watchmaker's inspection notes:
Pocket watch case yellow plated (you can see worn plating and steel on the inside of both sides) and is scratched - not terribly considering age however the case back had a pin applied aftermarket likely to secure the movement in place and the front comes detached from the reset of the case, bow is plated (yellow worn off on 40% of it), crowns are lightly scratched, crystal is scratched in a few places but not very visible at all angles, alarm works, movement runs however rate is high and amplitude is low, dial has spotting/dust/links/scratched markers, easel on case operates well. Pocket watch should go to FLIPS - JLC will likely not restore due to the pin and not cosmetic repair would is available to the case/bow
