- We process and ship orders the next day or the same day after purchase every day except Saturday and Sunday.
    - We ship all products from Harrison, NJ using USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex at our discretion. It takes approximately 3-7 (up to 10) business days after shipment to deliver the item within the continental US.
       
        - Upon request, we can ship items to the United Kingdom, European Union countries (except Italy, Malta, Turkey and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please contact us before purchasing items. It takes approximately 5-14 days for items to be shipped to specific countries. To some countries, such as Australia, New Zealand and South Korea, it may take an additional 3-5 days for items to be delivered.
    - If the item has not been received for 7 days, at your request we will provide you with the Delivery Confirmation Number or Tracking Number and we will also try to help solve delivery problems.
