Lining and upper are leather with stacked leather heels.  The white on the Spectator has some imperfections and cracking as seen in photos.  Beyond the imperfections these all leather shoes have a lot of life in them.  The soles are in excellent condition.  

These would pair well with trousers, khakis and jeans.  And would look smashing with a pin stripe suit.
