The crowns I have available are New Old Stock - spare parts, never used.
Any other colors you may see in the photos are due to reflections. Also, measurements should be considered approximate due to variations in calibration of micrometers.
Some of the crowns are still wrapped in tissue paper (as seen in the 1st picture). The crowns were found stored in a manila coin type envelope. The top portion of the envelope became detached due to excessive use. This batch was manufactured on 3/19/68 as shown on the envelope.
