The Pinlock fog resistant insert lens is created out of a moisture absorbing plastic. The Pinlock creates an air tight double shield. The pins are eccentric, which means that the shaft to increase or decrease the tension on the lens by turning the pins, allowing the silicone seal to have a perfect fit.
Please note : The Pinlock fog resistant lens is less resistant to scratches than the original visor
Cleaning
Only clean the Pinlock fog resistant lens and original visor using lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth. Allow the lens and visor to air dry before reassembling them. If soapy sud marks are visible - buff out with soft clean cloth.
